INVESTMENT
PORTRAIT SESSIONS
Portrait Session fees cover the time and talent of the photographer and do not include any digital files or prints. Please contact Charmaine Toews for a full price list of all print products and digital file packages.
If you are interested in booking a portrait session:
1. Please send an email or use the contact form to get the process started. I will send you my full price list by email.
2. We will find a date that works for both of us for your session! I book family and grad portrait sessions on weekday evenings (Monday to Thursday) when the lighting is best.
3. For large extended families I always recommend booking 2 dates so we have a backup in place in case of poor weather or a sick family member. It can be difficult to get everyone together for an alternate date at the last minute.
4. A Planning Session at my studio provides the opportunity to have all your questions answered, talk about ideas for locations, clothing, and special requests for the session. At this time we will review the contract together and the session fee is due to reserve your date.
5. Approx. 1 to 2 weeks after your portrait session we will meet at the studio for an Ordering Appointment. At that appointment the best images from the session will be revealed in a slideshow and Charmaine Toews will assist you in narrowing it down to your favourites. Images can be compared side-by-side to help with this process. Product samples will be available to see and touch and all questions can be answered. The ordering appointment will be the time to place your order, so all decision-makers should be present. There is no minimum order required, but there is discounted pricing on digital packages if you spend at least $500 on print products.
6. Once the print products arrive I will deliver them to your home. Digital packages will be available via digital download.
